Hi, We are Keona & Nadia,
Hi we are Nadia & Keona

ABOUT SOUL CAMP CO.

A grounded space for connection, balance, and being human together.

Come as you are. There’s nothing you need to prepare before coming to camp.

You don’t need to be on a healing journey.

You don’t need to not be on one either.

You’re welcome here as you are — raw, unfiltered, unpolished. Tired or curious. Quiet or open. Carrying something heavy or carrying nothing at all.

Soul Camp Co is about slowing down, learning simple camping skills, and spending time on the land in good company. What unfolds for you within that space is your own, and there’s no expectation for it to look any particular way.

Nature‑based experiences that help people slow, connect with themselves, and build real community.

We work on the land — in forests, around fire, through shared meals and simple rituals — because nature has a way of stripping things back. When the noise drops away, people don’t need to be taught who to be. They remember.

Our work is not about fixing, performing, or self‑improvement.
It’s about creating the conditions where connection feels calm, respectful, and unforced.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

We don’t see feminine and masculine as opposites, or as traits that belong to one gender.
We see them as qualities that seek balance within individuals and within community.

Connection, without forcing it

We don’t manufacture connection here.

Conversations happen when they’re meant to — around the fire, while cooking, walking, or sometimes not at all. There’s no pressure to share, explain yourself, or speak in a group.

Some people come for stillness.

Some come for yarns.

Most find a mix of both.

We trust what naturally lands.

Soul Camp Co experiences are not therapy or counselling.

That said, time on the land and in community has a way of opening conversations and perspectives in its own quiet way. We’re here to listen, to walk alongside, and to hold space with respect and without judgement — never with an agenda.

Through time on the land, shared experience, and community, we invite people back into their bodies, back into relationship, and back into a steadier way of being.
